One thing I read (though I have yet to try it because I have gotten tired of dailies for a bit) is that on at least Sharandar Campaign... probably also others are like this... you can go in and talk to the main quest giver in the central area and get her quest, then proceed into each of the three peripheral areas and pick up the three quests in each of those areas, then kill enough mobs to collect the items required for the very first quest you took and then turn it in. If you don't do all the other quests given in the three areas, they will remain in your quest journal and there seems to be a large enough pool of random quests that you can accumulate them over a few days then do them all at once.
Luckily, if you get nine or more quests to do in each area by stacking them this way, the objectives will overlap and you should be able to optimize your overall time spent doing these sort of dailies.

Usually you can stack 2 days in a raw quests like this. It works in Sharandar, Dread Ring, Icewind Dale, Tyranny of the dragons(Well of Dragons)
